Easy Recipes for an Easter Brunch

Before you indulge in your favorite festive Easter dessert or embark on the traditional egg hunt, don't forget about the all-important Easter brunch meal.

It's easy to get caught up in the fun decor and tablescapes, and of course the festive candy. Bit before you know it. Easter brunch will be here before you know it, so make sure you have plenty of sides ready to serve  to feed even the hungriest of guests.

These side dishes are perfect for a spring meal, whether you're going for all-out comfort food, or lighter fare. Make one of these to bring to a family Easter brunch, or serve them yourself if you're playing hostess.

Stuffed peppers and stuffed tomatoes are the quintessential side dish, and they look so nice when displayed on a brunch buffet. Try our yummy Black Bean and Quinoa Stuffed Peppers, or our Goat Cheese and Chive Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

For some diet-friendly options, try the Three Bean Kale Salad, which is super light, yet satisfying. Our Turkey Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus is ideal for anyone who is gluten-free or paleo (it's packed with protein), and our fruit salads are zesty, yet low-calorie.

On the flip side, our heartier options include the Spinach and Feta Crepes (ideal for any vegetarian), and the Orzo and Chicken Pasta Salad. Of course, you can't go wrong with some homemade Sweet Potato Fries. Serve them in a paper cone for a fun display!

So while you're planning your Easter brunch menu, don't forget about the side dishes. And be sure to save some room for Easter dessert
